Bulk Account Creation

Whether its 10 or 10,000 drivers, our administrative portal contains bulk tools to simplify account creation for your entire enterprise.

 

Software Deployment

Administrators can easily utilize existing mobile device management tools such as the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) to deploy ZoomSafer client software onto employee handsets.  In support of this process, we’ve authored a detailed Deployment Guide to support our enterprise customers.

Policies

Administrators have access to a policy settings page to view and manage safe driving policies for an entire organization, a specific group of employees, or specific individuals.  Here, administrators can decide which policies to apply for which users.  Go here to see a detailed list of policy choices.

Users

Administrators can review a list of users, user status (registered vs. active), trip activity and device info.  If required, administrators can drill down to gather additional details about specific user accounts.

Reports

Administrators can produce reports to analyze safe driving metrics, usage, status, and compliance trends (exception reports).  Standardized reports include:

  1. Subscriber and Users Report
  2. Usage and Events report
  3. Exception Reports, including No Installation, No Activity, and Exits
