(Big brother) It's amazing to me because in a previous position, Mr. Strickland was hawking the Smart Highway & the use of broadband technology. The end result of a panel discussion at CTS and a robust discussion resulted in unfounded metrics to support "hands free" issues. This is an example of too much government, an erosion of basic rights, and common sense. Yes, absolutely there should be no texting in a moving vehicle & yes there are ways to do that.
